0458819837 2018-12-18 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Hybrid R252 on location drilling out frac plugs. The rig has drilled the plugs out of this well. Surface annular pressure gauge reads 0 and intermediate annular gauge reads 500. Production equipment includes five GPUs, five line heaters, two sand traps, and two 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment.
0491744585 2018-10-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location tied into the 2h, 4h, and 6h wells. Identified myself to Company men Chris Nunez and Justin. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate is 500. This well is on frac stage 51/53. This stage has plug set at 10483, bottom perforation at 10472, and top perforation at 10331. This stage has not been stimulated. They are pressure testing and will start stimulation soon.
0593814010 2018-06-20 Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 584 drilling a 12.25 inch diameter hole at 7464. They air drilling on air. This segment has a 10 degree tangent. Plan to reach total dpeth of 8650 on this section and cement 9.625 inch diameter casing on Friday. Containment is full and nearly overtopping on the southern edge of containment. Company man Josh Delso was informed and he said he would get it sucked out. Containment around produced water tanks also had a hole in it which Josh was informed about as well. He said he would get it taken care of as well. I will follow up in the near future.

Plugs have all been drilled out on this well and is awaiting flow back operations. Surface and annular gauges read 0 with valves to gauges closed.

1400121568 2018-11-15 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. This well has been stimulated. Surface annular pressure is 150 and intermediate annular pressure is 470.
1529049198 2018-06-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 584 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1405 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 1408 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with a 3 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 13 centralizers. Shoe track is 43 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 1485 sacks of class H cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 40% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 206 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 96 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back.

Planned total depth of well is 19380 feet. The currently have a small flare burning on location. Drilling with 14.1 ppg oil based mud. Walk around location revealed containment in functioning properly.
