0283494409 2018-08-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 rigging down. Well was drilled to 18066. 5.5 inch diameter production casing cemented on 8/26.
0386270545 2018-10-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Deep Well Snub #8 on location. Identified myself to company men Dave Norris and Andy Ingram. This well has ad frac plug drilled out. Surface annular pressure is 200 and intermediate annular is 3700. I had Dave remove and replace the intermediate gauge with another to ensure it was accurate. Snub #8 will get out of the 4h well this evening and skid to the 2h. After they skid to the 2h they will bleed down the intermediate on this well. Company men were asked to inform me when this was completed and to monitor the pressure so we can see how long it takes to build up. Dave said that production casing pressure is 3200.
0542482819 2018-09-18 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Halliburton frac crew on location. This well is on stage 18. Stage 18 frac plug is at 14971, bottom perforation at 14959, and top perforation at 14818. Intermediate annualr pressure is 907 psi. Surface gauge not viewed as there was pressure on the lines for frac.
0556354352 2018-08-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 on location drilling an 8.5 inch diameter hole at 14206 feet. ID to company man Larry. There is a 5 foot flare currently burning and they are running 12.8 ppg oil base mud. Kick off point was 8575 and landing point was 9900. Company man estimates reaching total depth of 18100 tomorrow evening.
0604209394 2018-11-05 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain three wells that have been stimulated and drilled out. Identified myself to company man Jordie Bernard. They are preparing the wells for flowback and plan to start wednesday. Surface annular pressure gauge valves were not open.
0723381259 2019-04-25 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed this pad to contain three properly labeled, producing wells. This well is producing through the 5.5 inch diameter casing. This well is producing from each side of the well head. Production equipment includes six sand seperators, three GPUs, three line heaters, gas buster, and two 500 barrel steel tanks, in their own containment. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 279 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 682 psi. Pad slopes are stable and vegetated except for pipeline right of way which is no fully vegetated. Site meets requirements of 1509.072 (A) for preliminary restoration.

I identifed myself to company men Dominic Santos and Gerold Reynolds. Stage 2 is perforated but not stimulated on this well. Plug is set at 17803, bottom perforation is at 17791, and top perforation is at 17650. Casing was perforated with 5 guns with 6 shots on 35 foot spacing. Intermediate annular pressure is 701 psi.
1439685654 2018-09-25 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. This well has wireline running in to set plug and perforate stage 38. Plug will be set at 11431, bottom perforation at 11419, and top perforation at 11278. Surface annular pressure is 400 and intermediate is 596. I identifed myself to company men Dominic Santos.

2061848910 2018-10-02 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain three wells that have been stimulated. Halliburton frac crew has moved off of the location leaving behind an above ground storage tank, several frac tanks, and miscellaneous equipment. Surface annular pressure is 500 psi and intermediate annular is 2350 psi. A voicemail was left with Hugo Perez of Ascent in regards to this pressure on 10/2 and 10/3. Well has not had frac plugs drilled out. On 10/4 I contacted Ren Weiner, completions foreman for Ascent to alert him to the annular pressures. He said he would have a consultant out there today, 10/4.
