0098407036 2018-07-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 air drilling a 12.25 inch diameter hole at a depth of 7560 feet. Company man Russ White says total depth for the section is around 8100 feet and that they should be cementing 9.625 inch diameter casing in the next 2 days. Walk around location revealed no issues with containment.
0103343663 2019-04-25 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed this pad to contain three properly labeled, producing wells. This well is producing through the 5.5 inch diameter casing. This well is producing from each side of the well head. Production equipment includes six sand seperators, three GPUs, three line heaters, gas buster, and two 500 barrel steel tanks, in their own containment. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 275 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 322 psi. Pad slopes are stable and vegetated except for pipeline right of way which is not fully vegetated. Site meets requirements of 1509.072 (A) for preliminary restoration.
0245842133 2018-10-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Deep Well Snub #8 on location. Identified myself to company men Dave Norris and Andy Ingram. They have not started drilling out this well yet. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular is 400.
0378140209 2018-07-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 drilling an 8.5 inch diameter hole at 14273 feet. Drilling with 12.5 ppg oil base mud. Kick off point was 8545 and landing point was 9720. No flare during this inspection. Walk around location revealed no issues with containment.
0421427055 2018-07-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed patterson 795 was preparing to spud this well. Company man Russ White believes they will spud this afternoon. Only a conductor has been set and Russ was informed to notifty me of surface casing cement job. Spoke with Russ on morning on 7/6 and the surface cement job will be in the evening if all goes according to plan.
0660605361 2018-10-02 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain three wells that have been stimulated. Halliburton frac crew has moved off of the location leaving behind an above ground storage tank, several frac tanks, and miscellaneous equipment. Surface annular pressure is 400 psi and intermediate annular is 800 psi. Well has not had frac plugs drilled out.

1173490787 2018-07-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 795 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1491 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1495 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with a 4 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 14 centralizers. Shoe track is 45.5 feet long. Schlumberger was onsite with 1276 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 20% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 220 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 25 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back. Last 5 barrels of returned cement weighed 15 ppg.
