0364125511 2018-11-05 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain five wells. Identified myself to company man Chuck Davies. Halliburton frac crew is on location. Stimulation is completed on this well. Surface annular pressure was 0 and intermediate annular was 400.
0584749391 2018-05-09 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 100 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. CJs was onsite with 365 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50 percent excess ran. Mix water tested 70 degrees Fahrenheit, pH of 7 and 39 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 75 barrels of fresh water. No cement returned to surface. Cement tagged at 27 feet. Casing will be grouted to surface tomorrow morning. Drillers hit water a 30 feet below surface and unmined rock at 40 feet.
0695789409 2018-10-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location tied into the 2h, 4h, and 6h wells. Identified myself to Company men Chris Nunez and Justin. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate is 500. This well is on frac stage 48/50. This stage had plug set at 10381, bottom perforation at 10369, and top perforation at 10228. This stage has been stimulated. Break down pressure was 9226 at 25.45 barrels per minute. Average pressure was 10327 with max being 11269. Average rate was 84.88 barrels per minute with max being 85.68. Initial shut in pressure was 6872. No 5 minute ISIP was done. They pumped 4614 barrels of total fluid including 2500 gallons of 7.5% HCl, 60050 lbs of 100 mesh sand, and 147060 lbs of 40/70 mesh sand.

Surface annular pressure gauge reads 0 and intermediate annular gauge reads 500. Production equipment includes five GPUs, five line heaters, two sand traps, and two 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment.

1813234121 2018-06-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 584 had reached total depth of 18808 with their 8.5 inch diameter bit. Wyoming casing ran 5.5 inch diameter casing, p-110, 23 #/ft, to a depth of 18804. Schlumberger pumped 75 barrels of 14.8 spacer and 678 barrels of 15.6, class H, tail cement. Cement displaced with 397.5 barrels. Schlumberger broguht 3810 sacks of cement with a yeidl of 1.0. Was not on location for entire cement job.
1879291148 2018-06-05 Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found Patterson 584 was hung in the hole at 10988 feet with an 8.75 inch diameter bit. Rig still has good circulation and has been pulling 350k for approximately 2 hours. They landed the curve at 10163 feet. During my inspection they got permission to pull 375k and the drill string was freed. They began a cleanup up cycle directly after.

They are currently running wireline in on stage 8/50. Intermediate annular pressure is 531. Plug will be set at 17461, with bottom perforation at 17449 and top perforation at 17308.
