Universal frac crew is onsite and pumping on this well. Intermediate annular pressure is 470 psi. Stage 52/63 has plug set at 12044, bottom perforation at 12033, and top perforation at 11892. Perforated with 5 guns, 4 shots, on 35 foot spacing.
0728343938 2018-04-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the end of intermediate casing run. Patterson 584 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 8947 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1625 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 8940 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 40 lbs/foot. Last joint had to be washed down. Shoe track is 89 feet long. DV tool set at 4507 for two stage cement job.

They reached a total depth of 21,045 feet with an 8.5 inch diameter hole. 5.5 inch diameter production casing job is estimated to be early Wednesday morning, 4/11.
1064815321 2018-02-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 324 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 316 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot with 4 foot stick up. Shoe track is 24 feet long. Cement Baskets were set at 243 feet. Void/coal encountered at 256-275 feet. O-Tex was onsite with 630 sacks of class H cement. 70% excess ran in open hole. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. Cement displaced with 89 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel and 10 barrels of water pumped ahead of cement. No returns throughout job. Bumped plug and held with .5 barrel back to truck. Top out job required an additional 312 barrels of class H cement to reach surface. Top out was not witnessed as it was finished 19 hours after the plug bumped.
1265859349 2018-06-28 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Universal frac crew onsite preparing to begin stimulations on this pad. This well has 63 stages. The stimulation should start today with this well. Intermediate annular pressure is 500 psi. 1st stage will be opening the 3 toe sleeves on this well from 20911 to 20818 feet.
1319075678 2018-07-18 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found Universal frac crew on location. This well is on stage 28 out of 63. Plug is at 16244, bottom perforation at 16233, and top perforation is at 16092. Surface annular pressure is 650 and intermediate is 700. Currently fracking the 3H well.
1515084860 2018-01-04 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Pad address is 640 TOWNSHIP ROAD 107A DILLONVALE 43917. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to a depth of 100 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Express was onsite with 275 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 2% CaCl and .5 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 50% percent excess ran. . Cement was displaced with 74 barrels of fresh water. 15 barrels of cement returned to surface.
1517849042 2018-02-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1633 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 312 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 1627 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with a 2 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 14 centralizers. Shoe track is 41 feet long. O-tex was onsite with 1370 sacks of class H cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 241 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 70 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back.
1549019831 2018-08-06 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Universal Frac crew onsite. Stimulation has been completed on this pad. Wireline was in the 5H well setting a kill plug. First kill plug in this well is at 9657. Second kill plug has not been set but company man Brady estimates it will be approximately 150 feet above the first plug.
1569388674 2018-08-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I identified myslef to Construction Consultant Denny Bird. This pad has 3 wells on it. Activity onsite includes building of flowlines and setting production equipment. Wells do not have gauges on surface or intermediate annuli at this time. They are working on bring the above grade. Production equipment includes two 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment, three GPUs,three line heaters and six sand traps. Wells do not have tubing and will produce through production casing. Flowlines are plumbed from both sides on the wellheads.
1639977781 2018-07-03 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found Universal frac crew rigged up to this well, as well as permits 20749 and 20750. They just completed stimulation on stage 6 of this well. Plug is at 20094. Perforations from 19949-20082. five guns with four shots each. Break down pressure was 9066 psi at 15 barrels per minute. 230000 pounds of sand was pumped. Surface annular pressure is 650 psi and intermediate pressure is 930 psi.
1822713823 2018-07-24 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Universal frac crew onsite. Currently the wireline and frac companies are shut down for maintenance. Stage 38/63 is next for this well. Surface annular pressure is 700 and intermeidate annular pressure is 530.
1864101991 2018-08-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Stone 15 rig on location. ID to company man James Edwards. All of the frac plugs have been driled out of this well and they shut it in on 8-15. At that time the 5.5 inch diameter casing had 3700 psi on it. This well will be produced through the casing and they did not run tubing. At this time there is no production casing pressure gauge on the well. Surface annular pressure is 700 psi and intermediate annular pressure is 600 psi.
