1416775968 2014-11-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the date of inspection I was informed by American Energy Utica consultant, Vernon Gallo, that Precision Rathole had drilled a 36 inch diameter hole to a depth of 100 feet. Precision set 100 feet of 30 inch diameter 108.00lbs/ft casing on bottom. Universal Well Services pumped 265sk of Type 1 cement, 15.6ppg, 1.20 yield, 2% Calcium, 0.25lbs/sk of flake. Universal dislaced cement with 70.5bbl of fresh water. 24bbl of cement returned to surface and stayed at surface while I was on site.
