1454937630 2016-02-05 Production Wells No Violations This is a Berea well that is not producing. This well is not leaking but there is a tank associated with this well. There is an outstanding Chiefs order on this well from 1991. The well was not plugged as was ordered. The operator is deceased. The son said he thought the wells were sold to Roger Barr at some point there but is no Change of owner in the file. All the wells on the Chiefs order that were in Wayne county have been plugged through the landowner grant portion of the orphan well program. This well will be turned over to the orphan well program.
