I pulled the cap to see what the well had in it. I observed fluid at surface level with no other casings or tubing. A permit was issued to Chieftain Energy Corp on 12/4/2009 to reopen the well. The permit has since expired. I took two photos of the well. I contacted Doug Kitchen on 1/8/2019 regarding this inspection.
