0609348680 2007-06-11 Administrative Inspection No Violations An administrative inspection revealed that well is not in-compliance. Mr. John Walters, a pumper for Petrox, stated that the production linefor this well is still clogged. A 1 month extension was granted.
1173877451 2007-03-08 Production Wells Violations Noted An inspection was requested by the Milwaukee Field Office. On 3/8/2007, an inspection was conducted with Mr. John Walters, a representative from Petrox, Inc. During the inspection, it was noted that the well was idle. Mr. Walters stated that the production line for this well is clogged. According to production records, the last year of production was 2003. Additionally, the lease road will need to be graded.
1252952736 2009-09-14 Production Wells No Violations An inspection revealed no violations at this time. The well is equipped with a pumping unit and attached flowline. The valves were observed open and polish rod shows signs of production. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 bbl steel tanks.
1951780154 2007-07-31 Production Wells No Violations An inspection revealed that the previously noted violations have been resolved. It was noted that Petrox has abandoned the old production that was clogged. They have routed a new production line to a tank battery that was placed near the well. At the time of the inspection, the well was observed pumping to this tank battery. An employee from Petrox was instructed to provide a run ticket once the first tank of oil has been sold.
2002070178 2008-03-04 Administrative Inspection No Violations An administrative inspection was conducted with Mr. John Walters, the pumper for Petrox. He states that only 11 inches is needed for both 100bbl tanks to be full. He states that this well will end up being a better gas well than oil. He also states that Petrox plans to work on the weights for the pump jack (top heavy) and a gas line for sales. Mr. Walters will provide a run ticket.
