The casing was cut at 1717 feet. 5.5 inch casing is being pulled. Appalachian will be back to log the hole. Jim Kilbarger states that if the Berea looks good they plan to purchase this well. He was informed that a plug-back permit would then be required.

Kilbarger has been instructed on several occassions to acquire a plug/back permit for this well. This well was plugged back to the Berea. During the process, the ownership of this well changed from Jeanie Enterprises to Kilbarger Investments.
1055103105 2008-02-20 Plug / Plug Back No Violations An inspection revealed that 5.5 inch casing was cut at 2100 feet. Kilbarger is having problems retrieving the casing. Cement contractor made attempt to circulate on the casing. The casing did not free up nor circulate. A 200ft cement was plug was set thru tubing.

1383679330 2007-08-21 Production Wells Violations Noted An inspection revealed that this well is idle and not capable of production. During the inspection, it was observed that the well did not contain an engine or a motor. This well may be routed to a tank battery located across the road (common tank battery). The production lines to this tank battery do not appear to be connected. The identification displayed at the well did not contain the current owner and will need to be updated.
1408377692 2009-05-15 Final Restoration No Violations An inspection of the property revealed a 50 section of 1 black plastic line observed above ground. The well location and lease road is pasture field and the vegetative growth is acceptable. The tank battery is located across the street and being utilized by the remaining that had been left in production. At the conclusion of the inspection, an attempt to meet with the landowner was not successful. A business card was then left. Received a telephone call from the landowner regarding the final restoration. The landowner states that she will consult with her husband regarding the plastic line, as to whether he may have wanted the line.

Spoke with Mr. Mike McCormac, DMRM, regarding the setback distance from existing Berea wells. Mr. McCormac states that this well will meet setback requirement if plugged back to the Berea.
