0026053107 2019-01-25 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a compliance notice follow-up on this well today. Inspector Kip Thompson issued a compliance notice to Logan Gas Inc. on 10/26/2016 as the well was in violation of ORC 1509.12 (B). My inspection revealed that the well was not in compliance as it has not been plugged or placed into production. The last year for reported commercial production was 2009. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and motor but did not indicate recent signs of production as vegetation has begun to overtake the well. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks and a knockout tank. I took four photos of the well and tank battery. On 1/25/2019 I met with Jim Kilbarger at his office and discussed his plans for this well. Mr. Kilbarger told me he intends on producing the well. Mr. Kilbarger said he will have someone go out and look at the well location and let me know when he will be able to put it back in production. Time of inspection: 8:25 AM. Mr. kilbarger stated the well was tied up in his divorce and could not legally do anything with the well. The well consists of a pumping unit, 2-100 barrels tanks and a gas meter. The well has not changed in status since my last inspection on 12.22.2017. The well was written up for 1509.12(B), well shall be plugged. This violation was written up on 10.18.16. New pictures were taken during my inspection.

1857127914 2016-10-18 Production Wells No Violations I received a call from Kelly Brierley who resides at 9922 Walnut Dowler road. There was a drip from a salt leg on the knockout. I contacted well owner Logan Gas who responded in 12 minutes. The fitting that was leaking was replaced, the stain on the ground was removed and the knock out was pumped out. This well was idle and incapable of production.
