Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0090198874 2010-05-13 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations An inspection of the plugged and abandoned well site was conducted with Jon Scott. The inspection was performed in response to a water well complaint received by DMRM on property located at_________. The original x, y coordinates were placed in GPS to assist with the location of said well. A metal detector was utilized to assist with the location and unearthing of well bore. Non-related material and oilfield debris such as cable, (1) sucker rod, (1) joint of 2.375tubing and sections of 1.25 and 2 steel flowline were found. However, no well bore was located. After a review of the plugging report, it is believed that the conductor may have also been pulled along with surface casing.
