1558485989 2019-05-21 Casing String Witnessed No Violations PAD ADDRESS: 83083 Adams Rd., Tippecanoe, 44699. On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 571 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 598 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 105 feet ground level. Costys ran 586 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stick up. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Cement Basket set at 496 feet. Coal encountered at 520-525 feet. Halliburton was onsite with 1190 sacks of class H cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 16.8 ppg and yield of 1.096. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 166 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 55 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 15.3 ppg. Floats held with 1.5 barrels back to truck. All depths are based off of rig KB of 25 feet, unless otherwise noted.
1558620683 2019-05-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Inspector Jeff Adams. We witnessed the intermediate casing cement job. Patterson 571 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1598 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1578 feet. Costys ran 1581 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 43 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 1211 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.8 ppg and yield of 1.21. 42% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 40 barrels of freshwater and 195 barrels of recycled water. 50 barrels of gel and 10 barrels of water pumped ahead of cement. 35 barrels of cement returned to surface and floats held with 1.5 barrels back. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet.
