1539683556 | 2018-10-16 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 580 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 625 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 20 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 120 feet. Costys ran 615 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot. Shoe at 612. Casing was centralized every joint. Shoe track is 43 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 629 sacks of class H Neocem cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 17 ppg and yield of 1.071. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 89 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 40 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 16.8, and floats held with 1 barrel back. Identified myself to company man Brett Farnsworth. |
1539831975 | 2018-10-17 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the intermediate casing cement job. Patterson 580 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 2025 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 612 feet. Wyoming ran 2007 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 40 lbs/foot. Shoe at 2004. Casing was centralized every joint. Shoe track is 48 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 695 sacks of class A Neocem cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.8 ppg and yield of 1.21. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 149 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 34 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 15.8, and floats held with 1.5 barrel back. Identified myself to company man Brett Farnsworth. |
1851411526 | 2018-09-27 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | PAD ADDRESS: 34355 BOWERS RD., BOWERSTON 44695. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express had augured a 26 inch diameter hole to 120 feet. 120 feet of 20 inch diameter conductor casing was run. CJ/Otex was onsite with 180 sacks of class A cement. They brought 30% excess for a 100 foot conductor. Company Man Neil Brown decided to displace to 115 and leave a 5 foot shoe. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. Mix water tested 67 degrees Fahrenheit, pH of 7 and 140 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 40.8 barrels of fresh water. No cement returned to surface. David Newman said they tagged cement 2 feet below cellar floor and grouted to surface on 9/28. |
