0860847735 2019-04-08 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I met with company men Willard Scott, Wallace Bossert, and Bub Ruckert. Stone rig #15 is onsite. They have finished drilling out the frac plugs in this well and have already ran 7971 feet of 2.375 inch diameter production tubing. Annular pressures on the 13.375 x 9.625 and the 9.625 x 5.5 are both zero psi.

1422071400 2018-11-06 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 580 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 625 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 20 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 120 feet. Costys ran 614 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot, with 2 foot stick up. Casing shoe is at 612 feet. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 43.5 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 635 sacks of class H neocem cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 17 ppg and yield of 1.071. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 88 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 32 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back.
