0004462793 2018-12-31 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 580 has reached a total depth of 21732 feet with an 8.5 inch diameter hole. Wyoming Casing is onsite running 5.5 inch diameter production casing. Company man Mickey Brewer said that the casing is 20#/ft below the landing point and 23#/ft above the landing point. He plans on cementing in the morning hours on Tuesday.
0329061343 2019-04-17 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I met with company men Terry Hickman and Brad Wernicki. Profrac is onsite tied into the 205H well. Stage 84 /84 was completed on 4/15/19. Two kill plugs were set in the wellbore. Bottom kill plug is at 8028 feet and top kill plug is at 7985 feet. Annular pressures on the 13.375 x 9.625 and the 9.625 x 5.5 are both zero psi.
0510897775 2019-04-08 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I met with company men Dylan Sylvesteri and Jim St. John. Profrac is onsite tied into this well and the 205h well. They are about to begin pumping on stage 63/84. Plug was set at 12255, with bottom perforations at 12244 and top perforations at 12124. Annular pressures on the 13.375 x 9.625 and the 9.625 x 5.5 are both zero psi.
0687391537 2019-04-23 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the frac crew has moved off of location. This date, Wildcat oil tools is onsite placing valves on wellhead in anticipation of a drill out crew. Company man David Rappatoni and Drake Landry are onsite. They believe drilling rig will be on location in the next couple of days.
1533829712 2018-08-09 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express had augured a 26 inch diameter hole to 120 feet. 120 feet of 20 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Express was onsite with 250 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 2% CaCl and .5 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 50 percent excess ran. Cement was displaced with 39 barrels of fresh water. No cement returned to surface. There was good circulation throughout the job and some cement likely returned to surface but unable to verify with gray water. Cementers were having issues with mixing cement. Company Man David Newman had the vac trucks suck the gray water down about 3 feet below cellar floor. Hole was made up of mostly gray shale and drillers hit water at 100 feet. CJ/O-tex scheduled for 9 am tomorrow.
1557148813 2019-05-06 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Stone rig #15 onsite. During my inspection they were swapping out motor and tripping back in wellbore. Company man Bub Ruckert said that they will trip back in to drill on plug number 40 which is approximately 15400 feet. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure gauge read 0 psi however the valve was closed to the gauge.
1566452276 2018-12-21 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the intermediate casing cement job. Patterson 580 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 2030 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 640 feet. Wyoming casing ran 2012 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5lbs/foot, with 4 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 47 centralizers. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 690 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.8 ppg and yield of 1.21. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 149 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel and 15 barrels of water pumped ahead of cement. 25 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1.5 barrels back.
2074251389 2018-08-10 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Jeremy from Express tag cement about 3 feet below cellar floor. Vac truck sucked off the water on top of cement and Express then ready mixed the remaining 3 feet and put in a cellar floor.

Patterson 580 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 660 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 20 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 120 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 640 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot. Shoe track is 44 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 720 sacks of class H neocem cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 17 ppg and yield of 1.08. 42% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 92 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel and 15 barrels of water pumped ahead of cement . 44 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 16.6 ppg, and floats held with 1 barrel back.
