0399572539 2017-07-13 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precison had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 150 feet. 150 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. C&J Energy Services was onsite with 585 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 100% percent excess ran. Mix water tested 70 degrees Fahrenheit, pH of 7 and <31 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 100 barrels of fresh water leaving 30 feet in the casing. 30 barrels of cement returned to surface. Earlier in the week this hole was augered with a 42 inch diameter bit to a depth of 25 feet and grouted back to surface and then reaugered with a 36 inch diameter auger. Signifcant ground water was encountered which required this action.
