0302480815 2015-04-22 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 called and advised me they would be cementing at 5:30 A.M. today. I arrived and found that they had hit another obstruction and are working the casing up and down trying to get it to go to bottom. They drilled a 12-1/4 inch hole to 7330 ft. and plan to run 7328 of 9-5/8 inch diameter casing. After a few hours I was very sure they could not get casing past the 5000 ft. obstruction and would need to lay casing back down and go back in to drill out to bottom. They did call after a few hours and advise that the job was cancelled and would call when ready.
1121477183 2016-06-28 Production Wells No Violations This well has not been placed into production at this time. There is a frac valve on the well. Each casing string has a valve and a fluid filled gauge. The intermediate casing string is showing 1200 PSI
1209309559 2015-04-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site today to check on the drilling status of Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 and found them drilling a 8.5 inch diameter hole at 11,611 ft. on oil base drilling mud. They should reach T.D. on Friday and set the production casing on Saturday.
1428468701 2015-04-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site this morning to witness the running and the cementing of the 18-5/8inch diameter casing string. Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 drilled a 24 inch diameter hole to 405 ft. and set 405 ft. of 87.5 lb. casing. Schlumberger Cementing Service cemented with 726 sacks of class H cement at 15.6 lb. with a yield of 1.21 had good cement returns to surface.
1428963489 2015-04-13 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site tonight to witness the running and the cementing of the 13-3/8 inch diameter casing string. Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to 2050 ft. and set 2015 ft. of 61 lb. casing. Schlumberger Cementing Service will cement with 980 sacks of class H cement at 15.3 lb. and a yield of 1.27 lead cement and 473 sacks of 15.6 lb. and a yield of 1.21 tail cement. After mixing the gel the casing pressured up and had to be unchained and moved until they could re-establish circulation. Had 32 bbl. Of good cement returns.
1429877803 2015-04-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 had trouble getting the 9-5/8 inch diameter casing string to bottom and was not able to cement the casing. They pulled the casing out and Sunday and Monday tripped back in with the drill string and re- drilled and conditioned the wellbore. They feel they could be ready late tonight or in the early morning to cement casing.
1430047320 2015-04-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 9-5/8 inch diameter casing string. Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 drilled a 12-1/4 inch hole to 7332 ft. and set 7318 ft. of 40 lb. casing. Schlumberger Cementing Service cemented with 593 sacks of lead cement at 12 lb. and a yield of 1.93 and 1200 sacks of tail cement at 15.6 lb. and a yield of 1.19 -- During the cement job circulation stopped and no returns of any kind made it to surface. After the job I advised both the company man and the area Drilling Superintendent that a cement bond log to determine the top of the cement would be needed before drilling continues.
1471903566 2015-04-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 tried to set the deep intermediate casing string and could not because of an obstruction. Today they are re-drilling to total depth which is 7330 ft. They could be ready to try and set casing again tonight or early Saturday.
1597507994 2015-01-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 30 inch diameter casing string. Precision Drilling Rig # 2 drilled a 3 inch diameter hole to 100 ft. and set 100 ft. of 118.76 lb. casing. Universal Well Service cemented with 310 sacks of class A cement at 15.6 lb. And a yield of 1.20 and had cement returns to surface.
1601534597 2017-09-20 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the Conotton wellpad to have 5 properly labeled producing wells. Wells are equipped with christmas tree wellheads. There is 200 psi on surface casing and 0 psi on the intermediate casing. Production equipment includes five gas production units, two line heaters, three compressors, vapor recovery system, combustor, and nine 500 barrel steel tanks. Three are brine and six are condensate tanks. Tanks are in their own steel containment. Production records current in RBDMS. Site passes preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.
1915249766 2018-12-13 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Deputy Chief Bob Worstall and Inspector John Fleming. This pad contains five properly labeled producing wellheads. Production equipment includes nine 500 barrel steel tanks in their own polymer lined steel containment, five GPUs, five sand seperators, two line heaters, a compressor, and a vapor recovery unit. Surface annular pressure is 350 and intermediate annular pressure is 0. Production records are current in RBDMS.
2115502670 2015-04-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site today to check on the drilling status of Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 and found that they have been fishing for a down hole motor and have just T.D. the intermediate section of the well. They will be ready to cement casing sometime early this evening.
