Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-1601037292 2017-9-6 0:00:0 PW No Violations 1.00
-221891422 2013-9-30 0:00: PL No Violations 0.30
0221891422 2013-09-30 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection the site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A.
1366556515 2013-04-19 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 18-5/8 inch diameter casing string. H & P Drilling Rig # 290 is running the casing but is washing the last 8 joints of casing to bottom. Each joint that is washed in is taking longer and most likely will not be able to wash casing to total depth. With 6 joints left to install it was determined that they could not get casing to depth and would have to come out and conditon well bore. I left at this point.
1372371548 2013-06-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was onsite to check the status and witness the hydraulic fracturing of the 2H and 3H wells on this pad. Currently this well is having the coiled tubing being pulled out of the well. There was an issue with determining the depth of the coiled tubing as the digital depth gauge is broken, a mechanical counter is attached to the system but it appears to be currently slipping as a plug was hit 400 feet before it was supposed to. They are going to pull out of the hole very slowly for the last 1000 feet to insure there are no issues or damage done to the frac head on the well. There are currently no violations at this time.
1601037292 2017-09-06 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the Athens A pad to have three properly labeled texas style wellheads. Wellheads are fenced in and production equipment is in a serperate fence. All three wells have plunger lift systems with motor valves. Production equipment includes three gas production units, three horizontal seperators, a combuster, and three 400 barrel steel tanks. Two are for condensate and one is for produced water. Production records are up to date in RDBMS.
