0017911480 | 2017-09-20 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found the Cravat wellpad to have 4 properly labeled, producing wells. Wells are equipped with christmas tree wellheads. There is no pressure on surface casing, 200 psi on the intermediate casing, and 1400 psi on the production casing. Production equipment includes four gas production units, two line heaters, and three 400 barrel steel brine tanks. Tanks are in their own steel containment. Production records current in RBDMS. Site passes preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A. |
0095725658 | 2014-10-14 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Alpha Hunter Rig # 5 called to advise me that they would be cementing this morning. I arrived to find that they could not get casing in the hole. They will be going back in with the drill string to drill out the fill up. They will call later when they get casing in the hole. |
1240795347 | 2014-11-06 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I received a call from Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 Company Man to ask about the test which needed to be done on the Mine String. I advised that the test was to be conducted after they had drilled out the shoe and the cement to kelly down or at least 15 ft. The casing was to be pressure tested at that time before drilling the intermediate section. He advised that their plan calls for the test to be done after that section had been drilled and before they cemented intermediate casing. I then advised that the test would be done before that section could be drilled. He said that they had no way to pressure up on the casing. After he explained how they were rigged up I advised that they had to pressure test after drilling out the shoe or run a cement bond log. I then got a call from Shawn Olson to enquire why if the casing was set to the correct depth and cemented, why did they need to do that. I explained that, yes the cement job was done, but the test was to verify it was in place. Testing at this point shows that the Mine Void is isolated. When I explained that the cement could have u-tubed and displaced into the Mine void he understood the need for the test. |

1413339737 | 2014-10-14 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I am on site tonight to witness the running and the cementing of the 18-5/ inch diameter casing string which is also the Mine String. Alpha -Hunter Rig # 5 drilled a 22 inch diameter hole to 330 ft. and set 330 ft. of 87.5 lb. casing. Allied Cementing Service cemented the bottom 60 ft. of Mine String with 141 sacks of class A cement. They pumped the plug down which held. And then. Next they ran 5 joints of 1 inch tubing to 180 ft. along side of the casing and dropped limestone to open the cement basket. Allied pumped 274 sacks and circulated cement to surface. The top of the Mine was at 260 ft. and the bottom was 270 ft. |
1415201349 | 2014-11-03 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the date of inspection I was on site to check the status of the Patterson 292 rig being set up on the well. I was informed by American Energy Utica consultant, Lance Midgley, that it would be approximately 48 hours until the rig was ready to commence drilling. I wanted to ensure that he understood to inform ODNR Inspector Mark Moreland of drilling commencement and that the mine string was able to pass a pressure test once the shoe track was drilled out. |

1514919821 | 2018-01-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area. The production area contains three 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. The outside of the location has chain linked fencing installed. Production records within the RBDMS system are updated to 2017. |
