0008786742 2014-07-29 Production Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. I found during my inspection the well in production with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of two, 100 barrel production tanks, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the production equipment. An identification sign was properly posted. Bull plugs were installed on the load lines. The lease road was in stable condition and constructed of crushed stone.

1066591554 2005-02-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On site to witness the surface job . Arrived on location and Warren Drilling hung in the hole . The toolpusher ( Charlie Ball ) advised that the power-tongs and the cement trucks were already late . Finally got the drill unstuck and started coming out of the hole . I decided to leave the location because tomorrow is a holiday and the job wont be finished until 2 or 3 oclock in the morning . I didnt have prior approval to work the holiday .
1108467648 2005-02-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Meet with Jason Caldwell on site to while Whipstock is clearing and building location . He wanted to know about digging the drilling pits , amount of conductor pipe that they would have to run , and H2S gas in the area . I advised that according to RBDMS records most the wells in the area had from 60 to 103 of conductor pipe . I also advised that Clinton/Cgas had plugged several wells in the area due to excessive amounts of H2S gas . I also strongly recommended that they run extra cement on the production string to cover the formation producing the H2S gas. Note: Whipstock was clearing the trees off location and was going to start building location later today. The drilling rig should be moving on location Monday or Tuesday.
1108555314 2005-02-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspection revealed that they are finishing building the location . I talked with the dozer operator and he advised that the rain yesterday put them behind schedule . He also advised that he wasnt sure when the rig was moving onto location . No violations at this time .
1109081276 2005-02-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspection revealed that Warren Drilling is moving onto location . They advised that they should be ready to set surface sometime Sunday evening or early Monday morning . No violations at this time .
