0244477651 2015-08-05 Production Wells No Violations This rabbit well has 2- 150 bbl. Production tanks and 50 bbl. brine tank with a horizontal separator and a dike large enough to hold the contents of the two tanks. It is in operation and is charting good production and the chart is up to date.

1547560089 2017-10-04 Plug / Plug Back No Violations
1555679395 2018-04-10 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the pits closed, graded, and seeded. The tank containment location along with well location have also been regraded and seeded. Vegetation has started and no erosion is occuring. Plugging report is in RBDMS. Site meets requirements of 1509.072B for final restoration.
1778826642 2016-04-05 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well, using 2 3/8 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The plunger is being operated by a motor valve. Production equipment for this well includes 2 100 bbl. production tanks, a 50 bbl brine tank, a horizontal separator, and a 2 inch diameter meter run; all placed inside an earth dike that measure approximately 30*40 feet at an average height of 2 foot. Proper identification placed on the tank is in place and legible. The meter chart and production records indicate that this well is in producing order, selling commercial volumes of gas.
