1539880519 2018-10-18 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this plunger lift well equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter caisng, and 1.9 inch diameter tubing. Well is operated by a motor valve. All valves on well are closed. Well has a small gas leak in the packing around the tubing on the 4.5 inch diameter wellhead, best described as a pinhole. Leak is barely audible. Well odor is present intermittently and Ventis meter did not pick up and gas readings when standing next to the well. Well is labeled. Production equipment includes one 210 barrel steel tank and a horizontal seperator, all in an earthen containment. There is no meter box on the seperator. Last production shown was in 2008. Talked to Tim McConnahey via phone and he said he would have someone come out and try and tighten to ring to stop the leak and he would apply for a plugging permit for the well.
1829974779 2015-12-23 Production Wells No Violations During my review of the production facility I found a 210 bbl. tank with proper identification, a horizontal separator, and a meter coming from the separator placed with a production chart that indicated the well was not producing. The tank and separator were placed inside an earthen dike that will not be capable of holding the contents of the production tank. The well was run by a Plunger Lift system, which consisted of 8 5/8 inch diameter surface casing, 4 1/2 inch diameter production casing, and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. Both the production tubing valve and the casing valve were in the close position at the time of my inspection. Production records indicate the well has been unproductive since 2009.
1965292189 2016-04-21 Production Wells No Violations This well does not appear to be in operation. There is a 210 bbl. Production tank along with a horizontal separator inside a earthen dike. The well is a plunger lift well with 8-5/8 inch diameter surface casing, 4-1/2inch diameter production casing and 1-1/2 production tubing. The valves on both sides of the tubing are closed and there has been no reported production since 2008. This well should be plugged.
