0002683377 | 2016-06-28 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is a plunger- lift system well, using 2 inch diameter production tubing placed inside 4.5 inch diameter production casing. A swab rig was placed over the well bore at the time of my inspection. The plunger is being operated by a motor valve. Production equipment for this well includes a 100 bbl. production tank, a horizontal separator and a 2 inch diameter meter run; all placed inside an earth dike that measures approximately 30*40 feet at an average height of 3 foot. Proper identification was in place on the tank battery at the time of my inspection. RBDM records indicate the well is in producing order. |
1384004629 | 2017-04-10 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | Purpose of this inspection is to witness a plugback with Inspector Randy Akins. For job details see his report this date. |

1521470325 | 2018-03-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this well equipped with a walking beam pumping unit powered by a natural gas engine. Well has 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.9 inch diameter tubing, and rods. This well was plugged back to the oriskiny. Production equipment includes a horizontal seperator and 100 barrel fiberglass tank, all contianed inside an earthen dike. |
