0189866232 2016-02-11 Production Wells No Violations I arrived on location accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, to conduct an inspection on the well as requested by Dan Goins. Upon arrival we found that the entrance gate to the well bore was locked, preventing us from conducting the inspection. Mark placed a call to the well tender in order to set up a meeting where he could allow us entrance to the well.
1284339353 2012-06-25 Production Wells No Violations This well is producing. No violations are noted at the well head or tank battery.

2064922651 2017-10-05 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this well equipped with a walking beam pumping unit driven by an electric motor. Well has 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, and rods. Valves are open. Production equipment includes two 210 barrels, two horizontal seperators, and neither seperator appears to have a funtioning meter box. All production equipment contained within earthen dike. Production equipment shared with permit 20415.
2079281200 2018-03-27 Production Wells No Violations Purpose of this insection is to follow up to complaint #5800 taken by Gene Chini. 500 feet west of the tank battery for this well and permit 415, there is what appears to be a gas line compressor site that is no longer in use. What remains on site are various pieces of pipe and valves coming out of the ground, as well as a partially buried tank. Tank is approximately 4 feet in diameter and nearly full of a hydrocarbon fluid. Call was placed to Knox Energy and follow up email on 4/2/18, asking for information on the above referenced location. Production equipment includes two 210 barrels, two horizontal seperators, and neither seperator appears to have a funtioning meter box. All production equipment contained within earthen dike.
