Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1114111557 2016-09-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the permitted well bore is utilizing a plunger lift system for means of production. The casing program consists of 8.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing and 2.375 inch diameter production tubing. The well is being controlled by a motor valve. Production equipment consists of a 100 barrel production tank and a horizontal separator. All production equipment is placed inside an earthen dike that measures approximately 30*20 feet at an average height of 2.5 feet around the perimeter. Proper identification was in place on the tank battery at the time of my inspection and RBDMS records indicate the well is producing commercially.
1478010428 2016-11-01 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found a wellhead with 10 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, and 2 inch tubing with a plunger lift system with a motor valve. The casing valve from the 4.5 inch is closed and the tubing valve is in the open position. The tank battery is made up of an earthen dike surrounding one 100 barrel tank. The horizontal separator with a meter box and current chart is outside of the dike with a residential diaphragm meter. A pressure gauge before the residential meter reads 17 pounds per square inch. The tank is properly identified, and production records are current.
