1552321642 | 2019-03-11 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Precision Rathole drilled a 30-inch diameter borehole to 100 feet in depth and installed 100 feet of 24-inch diameter conductor casing with welded joints. The conductor weighed 94.62 pounds per foot. During my inspection a pre-job safety meeting was held with all personnel on location and Petroset cementing rigged up on location and pumped 250 sacks of class A cement with 2 percent calcium chloride and displaced with 47 barrels of fresh water. Cement returns were used to cement the cellar floor. |

1858468626 | 2019-04-24 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to witness the cementing of the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing within the 17.5-inch diameter borehole. Patterson 577 along with the assistance of Wyoming Casing Crew set the casing at 1062 feet from the rig floor and 4.4 feet of stick up above the rig floor. Patterson 577 rig floor is at 26 feet from ground level. During my inspection a safety meeting was held with all personnel on location. Following the safety meeting C&J Energy Services pumped 35 barrels of gel, 5 barrels of fresh water, 930 sacks of class A cement, and 154 barrels for displacement. The cement was weighed in pressurized mud scales confirming the weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon. Estimated 30 barrels of cement returns established. |
