The mouse hole had been installed and grouted and the cellar was grouted into place. Rig mats were installed on location preparing for a top-hole rig to arrive.
0983218135 2019-03-14 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Precision Rathole drilled a 30-inch diameter borehole to 100 feet in depth and installed 100 feet of 24-inch diameter conductor casing with welded joints. The conductor weighed 94.62 pounds per foot. During my inspection a pre-job safety meeting was held with all personnel on location and Petroset cementing rigged up on location and pumped 250 sacks of class A cement with 2 percent calcium chloride and displaced with 47 barrels of fresh water.

1554322054 2019-04-03 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Falcon drilling rig 38 utilized Wyoming casing crew to run the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing to 1106 feet within the 17.5-inch diameter borehole. The rig floor was 14 feet and there was 2.3-feet of stick up. During my inspection I witnessed the installation of the casing and Schlumberger Cementing rig up on location. A safety meeting was held with all personnel on location. Following the safety meeting Schlumberger pumped 20 barrels of gel, 10 barrels of fresh water, 251 barrels (1175 sacks) of class A cement, and 163 barrels for displacement. The cement was weighed in pressurized mud scales confirming the weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon. Estimated 80 barrels of cement returns established.
