0018587860 2018-12-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on drill-out operations. During my inspection Fortis Derrick Rig was on location tripping the drill pipe out of hole. The rig had completed drilling out frac plugs and was preparing to run 2.875-inch diameter production tubing. I spoke with Ascent Company Man, John, and he stated that annular pressure was monitored throughout the job and is continuing to be monitored. Production equipment was being installed on the South side of the pad. Five 400-barrel tanks, one vapor recovery tower, and one combustor were partially assembled. The location meets requirements for preliminary restoration. All areas effected by pad construction have been restored. The lease road and pad consisted of a gravel surface and surrounding the location there was thick vegetation coverage.
0171962837 2019-02-11 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Gauges were present reading 420 pounds per square inch on the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing, 984 pounds per square inch on the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing, 2700 pounds per square inch on the 5.5-inch diameter production casing, and 2500 pounds per square inch on the 2.875-inch diameter production tubing. The production equipment consisted of two sand traps, two gas production units, one horizontal heater treater, three compressors, five 500-barrel tanks, one vapor recovery tower, and one combustor. The identification was located at the wellhead, tank battery, and pad entry.
0827963260 2018-07-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on conductors. Precision Rat Hole spudded the 1H and the 3H on 7/26/18. During my inspection both conductor boreholes were at total depth of 100 feet. The borehole was 36 inches and the conductor casing was 30 inch outer diameter, 29.25 inch inner diameter, and weighed 118.65 pounds per foot. Cement job calculations were discussed with Ascent Company Man Doug Bennett and Petroset supervisor Brian Sparks. The cement job was scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. 7/27/18.
1003114809 2018-10-24 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection found the well drilling process complete and the well scheduled to have the 5.5 casing string pressure tested and the toe sleeve opened as soon as repairs are made to the # 3 well on the pad. 2 wells are currently present on the pad. Annular pressure monitoring is in place with gauges present at surface.
1271599904 2018-09-07 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Pioneer 77 reached a total measured depth of 20569 feet. During my inspection the rig was running the 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The casing that was evaluated on the pipe rack was new 5.5-inch diameter casing weighing 23 pounds per foot.
1514433918 2018-10-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Pioneer 77 has completed drilling operations and has been removed from location. The wells were equipped with a night cap awaiting completion. Contractors were on location today cleaning out tanks used for drilling and hauling the final loads of Pioneer 77 to the Miller Farms Pad Guernsey county.
1539694364 2018-10-15 Completion Testing No Violations During my inspection the well was equipped with a frac gate valve in the closed position. Annular pressure monitoring was present with a valve on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing reading 0 pounds per square inch and a valve on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing reading 0 pounds per square inch. The well is awaiting completion operations.
1616405287 2018-08-13 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to witness the cementing of the surface casing. During my inspection I witnessed C&J Services O-Tex Cementing rig up on location. A safety meeting was held with all personnel on location. Following the safety meeting O-Tex pumped 35 barrels of gel, 10 barrels of fresh water, 1315 sacks of class A cement, and 195 barrels for displacement. The cement was weighed in pressurized mud scales confirming the weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon.
1740739009 2019-04-25 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Gauges were present reading 440 pounds per square inch on the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing and 1066 pounds per square inch on the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing. The production equipment consisted of two sand traps, two gas production units, one horizontal heater treater, three compressors, five 500-barrel tanks, one vapor recovery tower, and one combustor. The identification was located at the wellhead, tank battery, and pad entry.
