0521488903 2014-11-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Express Energy Services had drilled a 30 inch diameter hole to the depth of 100 feet and ran 100 feet of 24 inch conductor pipe. Express gained circulation and cemented pipe with 240 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .5#/sk. of floseal. Displaced cement with 47bbls of fresh water and had good cement returns of 5bbls to surface.
0791287325 2018-02-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #577 had completed their walk from the Hoop 5H and was tripping into the wellbore with a 12.25 inch diameter bit with plans to commence drilling the second intermediate section this afternoon. I met with Ascent Consultant Cecil Lovell and completed walk around and reviewed the drilling prognosis.
1257176155 2014-12-09 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Highlands Drilling Rig #10 drilled a 23 inch diameter hole to the depth of 481 feet and ran 444 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing. Baker Hughes was on site and broke circulation, pumped 35bbls of gel and 10bbls of fresh water. Baker Hughes cemented casing with 575 sacks of Class A lead cement with 0.05% Static Free, 1% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, 0.5% BA-10A, weighing 15.6ppg with a yield of 1.20cuft/sk. Lead cement was followed 179 sacks of Class A tail cement with 0.05% Static Free, 3% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, and 0.5% BA-10A, weighing 15.6ppg with a yield of 1.21cuft/sk. Cement weight was verified by mud scales. Cement was displaced with 122.6bbls of fresh water. Good cement returns of 70bbls, plug was landed at 302psi and pressured to psi for 5 minutes and the floats at 274psi and pressured to 800psi for 5 minutes and the floats held.

1944821830 2019-02-27 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the open position. Gauges present read 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375-inch diameter intermediate casing and 400 pounds per square inch on the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing. No gauges were present on the 18.625-inch diameter surface casing. The cellar was full of water and no bubbling was present. Production equipment consisted of nine 400-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, two compressors, six sand traps, six gas production units, one vertical vent scrubber, and one combustor. Identification was located at the well, at the tank battery, and at the entry.

Production valves were in the open position. Production equipment consisted of nine 400-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, two compressors, six sand traps, six gas production units, one vertical vent scrubber, and one combustor. Identification was located at the well, at the tank battery, and at the entry. Keystone Wireline Swabbing rig was parked on pad.

During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Multiple contractors were on location preparing the pad for flow back operations. The production equipment consisted of nine 400-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, two compressors, six sand traps, six gas production units, one vertical vent scrubber, and one combustor. The ground that was disturbed by the pad construction has been restored with vegetation and no erosion issues.
