0484254354 2018-01-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #577 was drilling ahead in the lateral with an 8.5 inch diameter bit at 10151 feet with a planned total depth of 18000 feet on 11.7 pound per gallon mud. . I met with Ascent Consultant Burl Miller and completed walk around.
0524658158 2019-02-27 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the open position. Gauges present read 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375-inch diameter intermediate casing and 275 pounds per square inch on the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing. No gauges were present on the 18.625-inch diameter surface casing. The cellar was full of water and no bubbling was present. Production equipment consisted of nine 400-barrel tanks, two vapor recovery towers, two compressors, six sand traps, six gas production units, one vertical vent scrubber, and one combustor. Identification was located at the well, at the tank battery, and at the entry.

I met with Ascent Consultant Cecil Lovell and completed walk around. Mr. Lovell stated they plan to re-spud the well in the next 20 hours.

Clear Creek Hydrovac Services was onsite removing the pea gravel from the cellar upon completion the gravel from the 34059244390000 Hoop 1, 34059244430000 Hoop 2, 34059244440000 Hoop 3, 34059244420000 Hoop 4 and the 34059244410000 Hoop 5 will be removed. W Pol Contracting was also onsite installing a perimeter drain and raising the berms to meet Ascents specs. Mouse hole will be drilled later this week

1845135858 2014-12-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Highlands Drilling Rig #10 drilled a 23 inch diameter hole to the depth of 483 feet. Wyoming Casing Crew ran 453 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing. Baker Hughes was on site and broke circulation, pumped 35bbls of gel and 10bbls of fresh water. Baker Hughes cemented casing with 498 sacks of Class A lead cement with 0.05% Static Free, 1% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, 0.5% BA-10A, weighing 15.6ppg with a yield of 1.20cuft/sk. Lead cement was followed 201 sacks of Class A tail cement with 0.05% Static Free, 3% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, and 0.5% BA-10A, weighing 15.6ppg with a yield of 1.21cuft/sk. Cement weight was verified by mud scales. Cement was displaced with 125bbls of fresh water. Good cement returns of 50bbls, plug was landed at 259psi and pressured to 812psi for 5 minutes and the floats held.
