Displaced cement to 90 feet with 74bbls of fresh water and had good cement returns of 12bbls to surface.

I completed walk around with Consultant Bill Pugh revealing proper secondary containment was in place.

I met with Well Technician Josh Franks and completed a walk around.

Also present 8-400 barrel tanks within containment, 2-vapor recovery towers, 2-compressor units, a vertical vent scrubber, 3-horizontal heater treaters and a gas combustor all shared with the Donna 2H, Donna 4H, Donna 6H and Donna 8H. I met and completed walk around with Ascent Consultant Jason Wiley revealing flowback equipment and flowback tanks were all in containment. Water will be directed to the flowback tanks with gas going to sales and oil sent to the stock tanks.

O-Tex Pumping LLC was on site and gained circulation with 5bbls of fresh water, 30bbls of gel, 5bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 1330 sacks of class H cement 15.6ppg, 1.2cuft/sk. with 2%CaCl, 0.2% X--in cement head in accordance with OAC 1501:9-1-08 (D)(3)(a).

The production equipment consisted of five gas production units, three horizontal heater treaters, one compressor, horizontal vent scrubber, one combustor, and eight 500-barrel tanks. The identification was present at the wellhead.
