0233384045 2018-10-11 Production Wells No Violations During my inspection Patterson 577 was no longer on location and the well was awaiting to be put back into production after being decommissioned for drilling operations on 4 new wells on pad.
0242443385 2015-01-16 Completion Testing No Violations On the date of inspection I am on site to investigate a diesel fuel spill on the access road to the Red Hill Farm Pad. Please refer to my inspection from the Caston Pad 059-4377 for further details on the spill source. I was responding to a similar spill on the Caston Pad access road when American Energy Utica safety specialist, Tom Bauer, informed me that his team had discovered a similar spill on the Red Hill Farm access road. Diesel fuel had leaked along the access road for a length of approximately 200 yards. The spill was intermittent and like the Caston Pad spill was on the left hand side facing uphill and was from 1-2 feet wide along the length. Richard Weber with AEU was on site to try to reduce traffic on that side of the road. After the Caston Pad spill was cleaned up by W. Pol Excavating, they would then move onto the Red Hill Farm site to remove contaminated gravel and replace it with new gravel. The total volume of the spill was estimated at 1bbl.
