During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present with gauges reading zero pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of eight 400-barrel tanks, three vapor recovery towers, three gas production units, a vapor recovery system skid, one vent scrubber, and one combustor. Identification was location at entry and the at the wellhead.
