0013743380 2017-07-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included 8-400 barrel tanks and 1-50 barrel tank within containment, a vapor recovery tower, a vapor blow case, a disconnected horizontal 3-phase separator, 2-compressor units, a vertical heater treater, a gas combustor and back-up flare stack all shared with the Ripley 1-26H, Ripley 2-26H, and Ripley 3-26H. Also present a horizontal line heater, a vertical separator and a sand trap. The well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position with 260 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 310 pounds per square inch on the casing. Annular pressure monitoring was present along with proper identification and production records being current.
0080553823 2014-06-04 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #257 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 354 feet and Franks Casing crew ran 354 feet of 13.375 inch 54.5#/ft. J-55 Surface Casing. Stingray Cementing was on site and gained circulation with 124bbls of fresh water. Stingray Cementing pumped 25bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 478 sacks of class A cement. Good returns of 12bbls, floats did not hold, pressured up and shut in cement head.

0954386798 2018-04-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to follow up on a fire that occurred on the Northeast side of the pad. The containment under the vertical heater treater ignited and caught fire which eventually spread to the vegetation beside the pad. During my inspection the wells were shut in and contractors were installing new containment under the vertical heater treater. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks, one 50 barrel tank, a vapor recovery tower, two compressors, a vertical heater treater, a gas combustor, back-up flare stack, a horizontal line heater, a vertical separator, and a sand trap.

J-55 Intermediate Casing. Stingray Cementing pumped 25bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 720 sacks of class A cement. Good returns of 20bbls plug was landed @ 814psi and pressured up to 1356psi for 5 minutes and the floats held. Cement stayed to surface.

Identification was located on the wellhead.
