0046600267 2014-07-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #311 had completed repairs to float collar and Wyoming Casing Crew had ran 394 feet of 13.375 inch 54.5#/ft. J-55 casing. Halliburton was on site and gained circulation with 5bbls of fresh water then pumped 25bbls of gel, 5bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 470sks of Class A cement displaced cement with 56bbls of fresh water. Good returns of 8bbls of cement, plug was landed at 240psi and pressured up to 1055psi for 5 minutes and the floats held. Cement stayed to surface.

I stated that a bond log would be necessary before stimulation to determine TOC and whether remediation was in order.

The production equipment included 8-400bbl tanks and 1-50bbl tank within containment, a vapor recovery tower, a vapor blow case, a 3-phase vertical separator, 2-compressor units, a vertical heater treater, a gas combustor and back-up flare stack all shared with the Miller 1-25H and Miller 3-25H. Also present a horizontal line heater, a vertical separator and a sand trap. The well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the open position with 900psi on the tubing and 1050psi on the casing. Annular pressure monitoring was present along with proper identification and production records being current. Field tests conducted on the sump water revealed a pH of 6 and chlorides at 68ppm.

1203156951 2014-05-28 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Rocky Mountain Drilling Inc. drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to the depth of 110 feet and ran 110 feet of 26 inch 102.63#/ft. conductor pipe. Stingray Cementing was on site and gained circulation with 18bbls of fresh water. Stingray pumped 15bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented pipe with 236 sacks of class A cement. Good returns of 8bbls and cement stayed surface.
1359719767 2019-05-02 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. The production casing and production tubing had separate production flow lines. Gauges were present on all casing strings. The 13.375-inch diameter production casing had 0 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing had 100 pounds per square inch, the 5.5-inch diameter production casing had 400 pounds per square inch, and the production tubing had 350 pounds per square inch. The production equipment included eight 400 barrel tanks, one 50 barrel tank , a vapor recovery tower, a vapor blow case, a 3-phase separator, two compressors, a vertical heater treater, a gas combustor, back-up flare stack, a horizontal line heater, a vertical separator, and a sand trap.

1566783922 2014-07-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I was called for cementing of the surface string and witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #311 had drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 394 feet and Wyoming Casing Crew rigged up and cross-threaded the float collar. Wyoming Casing Crew tried to back off casing but failed and at that time a welder was called out to separate casing. I will return later in the evening after arrival of new float collar and casing has been started back in the wellbore.
