0176122038 2016-06-20 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included 2-100bbl tanks, a 30bbl brine tank, a vertical separator, a drip and a 1.5 inch Honeywell rotary meter with a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 7 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and a Churchill pumping unit powered by natural gas with valves in the open position at the wellhead. Identification was present and production records were current.
