0009704362 2016-12-15 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included 2-100 barrel tanks, a 30 barrel brine tank, a vertical separator, a drip and a 1.5 inch Honeywell rotary meter with a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 7 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods and a Jensen pumping unit powered by natural gas with valves in the open position at the wellhead. Well identification was present and the production records were current.
0685332043 2019-01-31 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 7-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of two 100-barrel tanks, one 1550-gallon poly tank, one vertical separator, and Honeywell rotary sales meter. Identification was legibly posted on the tank and production records were current with M&R Investments submitted reports of gas production for the year 2017.
