0055562942 2015-05-07 Production Wells No Violations I received a call from PDC EHS Supervisor Tony Long stating that while they were on a site inspection they found an area of stressed vegetation along their access road and they were planning to remediate on Monday. Upon arrival I witnessed an area 30 feet by 60 feet area of vegetation that was stressed. I placed a call to Tony Long stating that they needed to begin sooner on remediation and he agreed. Tony stated that they would remove all contaminated vegetation and take confirmatory samples and provide the results to ODNR before replacing any soil.
