1497895547 2017-06-19 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included 2-100 barrel tanks, a 30 barrel brine tank, a vertical separator, a drip and a 1.5 inch Honeywell rotary meter with a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 7 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods and a Cabot pumping unit powered by natural gas with valves in the open position at the wellhead. Well identification was present and production records were current through 2015.

The well was equipped with 7 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and a pumping unit powered by electricity with valves in the open position at the wellhead. Well identification was present and the site passed preliminary restoration according ORC 1509.072A.
