0052029764 2017-10-18 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included 2-100 barrel tanks, a 37 barrel plastic tank, a vertical separator, a drip and a 1.5 inch Mercury rotary meter with a chart recorder all within an earthen dike which was shared with the 34059241280000 V. Hall 1 and 34059241310000 V. Hall 3. The well was equipped with 7 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods and a pumping unit powered by natural gas with valves in the open position at the wellhead. Well identification was present and the production records were current.
0837921827 2010-10-05 Completion Testing No Violations On site to witness frac job, Producers Services pumped 15-500 bbl of water and chemical down well to frac upper producing zones.
1067387579 2012-02-14 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Upon inspection of the well site area found the pits filled and vegetation established ,at the well head the following equipment is present 8.625 surface casing, 4.5production casing, 1.5tubing with production valves open, well is being produced by means of a pumping unit, at the production fluid storage area the following equipment is present in a established dike, 1-210 barrel tank,1-100 barrel tank, 1-1200 gallon plastic tank, a separator and gas meter with proper well identification present at both well and tank battery, inspector will note that the tank pad is shared between all 3 wells on same lease owned by same producer.
