1262859778 2017-02-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included a 100 barrel tank, a 37 barrel polymer tank, a horizontal separator, a drip and a 1.5 inch Mercury rotary meter with a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 7 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods and a pumping unit powered by electricity with valves in the open position. Identification was present and production records were current.
