During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. A slight oil seepage was noticed coming from the stuffing box. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel tank, one drip, one horizontal separator, and one sales meter. The sales meter had a 2 inch diameter sales line, .5 inch orifice plate, and chart recorder with current chart. The identification was located on the 210 barrel tank and the production records were current.

The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods and a Lufkin pumping unit powered by electricity with valves in the open position. Identification was present and production records were current.
