0345311196 | 2017-09-18 | Work Over Reconditioning | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to witness Red hill development fix a hole in the wall of the 4.5 inch diameter production casing that was at 3830 feet in depth. During my inspection Baker Well services and Petroset were on location. Baker Well Service Rig, Two 400 barrel Frac tanks, one 400 barrel gas buster tank, one gas buster, and flare stack were set up on location. Petroset attempted to circulate through the hole in the casing but could only pump .5 barrels a minute. The decision was made that the hole was not big enough to squeeze cement through. Appalachian Well Surveys arrived on location to perforate the 4.5 inch casing to create a hole big enough for cement to be pumped through. Two perforations were set at 3845 feet in the 4.5 inch diameter casing. Petroset circulated through the perforations and pumped 200 sacks of 50/50 Pozmix cement. The cement was displaced to 3780 feet with 60 barrels of water. |
0368779351 | 2017-09-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Baker Well Service was onsite and had tripped rods and tubing from the wellbore. Meeting was he with Red Hill Development Supervisor Dave Gross. Mr. Gross stated they have a hole in the casing and are planning on Appalachian Well Surveys setting a wireline plug to seal off the Clinton and then determine where hole is at. Tentative plan after plug is set Petroset will gain circulation and then pump cement to seal of the hole in the casing. |

0594812834 | 2017-10-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Baker Well Service (BWS) was onsite swabbing the 4.5 inch diameter casing. I met with Red Hill Development Supervisor Dave Gross and he stated that after BWS drilled out the cement a 700 pounds per square inch pressure test was performed on the 4.5 inch diameter casing for 45 minutes with zero loss. BWS had driven the plug down and will continue to swab on the well and then begin to run the 2.375 inch diameter tubing and back in. |

1557411051 | 2019-05-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the pumping unit was actively pumping with production valves in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 210-barrel tank and a horizontal separator. Red Hill Development has submitted records of gas production. The identification was located on the tank. |

1787613002 | 2017-01-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, domestic gas service, a 2 inch salesmeter with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder with the chart all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing; 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, a Morgan pumping unit powered by natural gas with 1 of 2 valves open on the tubing and the casing. Identification was present and production records were current. |
