1348164879 2019-05-23 Final Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a plugged well. Utica Resource Operating was constructing the Johnson pad within the immediate area of the plugged well. During my inspection a topsoil stockpile that was reportedly 5260 cubic yards was located directly over the plugged well.
1553876226 2019-03-29 Final Restoration No Violations Utica Resources Operating has proposed to ODNR a new drilling location situated in the same field as the plugged well. I completed an inspection and did not find any evidence on surface of the plugged well and no leaking was visible. Utica Resources Operating reportedly excavated down to the buried casing to examine the well. A topsoil stock pile is proposed to be over top of the plugged well.
