0385492143 2018-05-15 Production Wells No Violations On 5/7/18 inspection found that a 2 inch diameter sales line was leaking natural gas 10 feet from the wellhead. I contacted Hopco Resources today to confirm that the successfully stopped the natural gas leak. Mr. Hopco stated that he found the leak and shut the well in to allow for him to make line repairs as needed. During my inspection today I found that the line was no longer leaking.
0559439920 2018-05-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to locate a gas line leak. Mark Pattison with Columbia Gas contacted me about the leak. Columbia Gas was initially called out to the leak but the line does not belong to Columbia Gas. The line belongs to Hopco Resources. I called Gary with Hopco at 7:30 a.m. and notified them of their line leak. Hopco stated that they could be there to shut the line in sometime this evening. During my inspection at 1:30 p.m. a horizontal separator was located at the entry of the lease road. A black 2 inch diameter plastic line was connected to the separator. The line ran on top of the ground beside the lease road back to the well. I followed the line back to the well and found that there was a 6 inch slice in the line. The damaged portion of the line was located 10 feet from the wellhead. The identification stated Northwood Energy. Hopco Resources obtained the well on 4/25/2018 and they will be granted 60 days to properly identify the well.
0628925627 2012-12-27 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the production records for the year of 2011 to be current, there is no pumping unit at the well site, the valve on the production line is closed, there is a plastic brine tank at the well site, the separator and the chart are setting by the entry way of the lease road, the chart is not current. I made a phone call to Northwood Energy to find out what problems the well is having and what steps are being taken to get the well back in production, I have not got a response back at this time.
1038040772 2019-04-11 Production Wells Violations Noted The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a 4.5-inch to 2-inch diameter swage nipple with a 2-inch production flow line attached. The production casing had a casing valve in the closed position and the flow line had a valve in the closed position. The production equipment consisted of one horizontal separator and one sales meter. The sales meter had a 2-inch diameter sales line, a .125-inch orifice plate, and a chart recorder with no chart. The production records were current with the prior owner Northwood Energy submitting reports of gas production for the year 2017. On 4/25/2018 Hopco Resources acquired the well from Northwood Energy. The identification was not in a conspicuous on or near the well head or production equipment. I called Gary Hopkins with Hopco Resources and he stated that he was getting identifications made for multiple wells owned by Hopco and that he will have the identification posted as soon as he is in the area. Mr. Hopkins will notify when the identification is posted.
1497676981 2019-05-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a follow up on a compliance notice. The notice was written for failure to legibly identify. During my inspection the identification remained absent. I will contact Gary Hopkins with Hopco Resources and remind him that identification needs to be posted.

The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing 4.5 inch diameter casing reduced to a 2 inch flowline and domestic gas service with valves open on the casing and closed to the domestic gas. Identification was present and production records were current.
1990861593 2011-01-31 Production Wells No Violations Inspection revealed that well is being used for domestic purposes and is online, well is equipped with 4.5 casing and 1.5 tubing and 1-50 bbl plastic tank and separator and meter run located along Conquer Hill road.
