1403223713 2014-06-19 Production Wells No Violations Received a phone call from ODNR Guernsey county Oil&Gas inspector asking if I could investigate gas line leak caused by county road crew mowing along county road 34 and they ruptured line and they did not know who owned the line and it was spewing gas and it was a safety factor and after I arrived on site inspected line and there was a four inch split in line and after talking to county worker stating that there might be a well located on the property and after researching RDBMS it was determined that there was a domestic well in the area and after locating well it was determined that this well was the one that was leaking .

Note: Byesville Fire Dept was called by neighbor complaining of gas odor in home and they wished to go to hospital to get checked out and after testing gas levels by the ruptured line it showed no indication of H2S just sweet gas odor and I shut well in and tried to contact owner but no one was home and no one answered phone at residence.

1403304033 2014-06-19 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my follow up inspection to the gas line rupture, I arrived at the damaged line to find the well had been shut in and no gas was leaking at that time, I drove to the owners home to find no one there, I was able to make contact with the neighbor who was taking care of the well owners horses and informed them of the line rupture and also informed them that the well has been shut in until repairs have been made, the neighbor informed me that he would contact the well owner and inform him of the situation.
