1362071751 2013-02-28 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I reviewed the Divisions production records and found them to be current, at the well site there is eight inch casing with two inch tubing and a pumping unit, the I.D. is posted on the pumping unit.
1440512748 2015-08-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection following up on Complaint ID #5100, I witnessed the production equipment included a 210bbl tank shared with 34059216100000 Lestock Howell #1, a horizontal separator, a 2 inch sales meter with .125 inch orifice and a chart recorder and a current chart all within an earthen dike. High vegetation was present around the production equipment with no contamination found. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and an Oil Well pumping unit powered by electricity with the power in the on position and 1 of 2 valves open on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves open on the casing. Identification was present and production records were current.

Identification was present and production records were current.
