During my inspection I witnessed Greg Henderson from Big Sky shut in the domestic gas line. All valves on the well are now in the closed position. Greg Henderson and I went to all homes that were receiving natural gas from this well to inform them that they will be without natural gas.

The well was equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, a pumping unit powered electrically, domestic gas service, with all the valves were in the open position, the power in the auto position and the power at the main pole was in the on position. There was a 2 foot x 27 foot area of stressed vegetation next to the pumping unit. Production records were current and identification was present and has been corrected. Contamination remains around wellhead. Well remains in production.

The well was equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, a pumping unit powered by electricity with the power in the off position and domestic gas service with all the valves in the closed position on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves in the open position on the casings supplying the domestic gas. Identification is present and production records were current.

During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5-inch casing with a tubing head, 2.375-inch tubing, rods, a pumping unit. All valves were in the closed position. A domestic gas service was present with meter, regulator, and closed valve. The production equipment consisted of two 210-barrel tanks, a horizontal separator, a drip, and a sales meter. The sales meter had a 2-inch sales line, a .125-inch orifice plate, and a chart recorder. Vortex Energy has submitted reports of zero production for the year 2017.
