Baker Well Service (BWS) had pulled 55000 pounds resulting in 4 inches of stretch on the casing then tagged bottom plug at 5150 feet and was unable to gain telegraph. Appalachian Well Surveys (AWS) was onsite tripped inside the 4.5 inch diameter casing to perform a cement bond log (CBL) on the casing. AWS lost power to the tool, tripped out, cut their line and re- |

1476204463 | 2017-07-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I met with the land owner Sean Paden and proceeded to the well. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing and 1.5 inch diameter tubing with all valves in the closed position. Near the wellhead domestic gas service was present flowing from a nearby pipeline. Mr. Paden stated that approximately one year he met with RHDK Oil & Gas representatives at an unsuccessful meeting. A plug permit was issued on June 17, 2016 for the said well. No identification was present, no production equipment was found and production records were current with zero production reported. I placed call to RHDK Oil & Gas and spoke with Chris Kimble who stated they had a dispute and would like to have a meeting in the next couple of weeks to discuss a plan as RHDK Oil & Gas wants to plug the well this summer. |

2126799426 | 2017-08-21 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I received a call on Friday 8/17/17 at 09:19 from Red Hill Development Owner Chris Kimble stating that Baker Well Service (BWS) was rigged up and found that the tubing was hung. BWS had tripped inside the 1.5 inch diameter tubing and could not get past 2500 feet and would continue work tubing. Mr. Kimble called again at 15:36 stating that BWS had reached 5500 feet with the tubing still hung and that they would be setting the bottom hole plug on Monday. Upon arrival I witnessed BWS pull 57 inches of stretch with 22000 pounds of force calculating the tubing was hung at 5178 feet. Appalachian Well Surveys (AWS) was onsite and tripped inside the 1.5 inch diameter tubing a finding fluid level at 600 feet and sat down at 5492 feet. AWS shot the 1.5 inch diameter tubing off at 5491 and tripped back out. Petroset Cementing Services arrived, rigged up and gained circulation with 10 barrels of fresh water and pumping an additional 5 barrels. Petroset pumped a 30 sack 400 foot Class A bottom hole plug from 5491 feet to 5091 squeezing 1 barrel away. Cement was displaced with 14 barrels of fresh water. BWS pulled on 1.5 inch diameter tubing and successfully freed it up. BWS will lay down tubing and attempt to rip casing. |
